Brett Emmons is a singer-songwriter from Kingston who left town to attend school in Halifax. Emmons while in Halifax, fell on hard times and it was his brother Jay who stepped in bringing him back home with the offer of joining a new band. After playing numerous gigs the band started winning rounds in a battle of the bands contest.
